Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid was born in Vietnam and has Chinese roots, but her father Winston Barrett Munn comes from the Southern part of the family. Olivia was only two when her parents separated. She was raised by her stepfather as well as her mother who was an United States Air Force member. Even though the family moved out of Oklahoma and resided in many locations, she was mainly educated within Tokyo, Japan. During that time she took part in numerous shows in the area as well as becoming an Japanese Fashion Model. When the family eventually returned home to United States, Olivia moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. She began her acting career in a tiny role. Then, her career began to take off after she was cast as Mily Acuna in Hawaii's lensed TV show Beyond the Break (2006). In 2007 she portrayed Rob Schneider's Receptionist. She hosts "The Daily Nut", "Formula D" as well as "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. Since the 2006 television show Beyond the Break, she continues to browse. Additionally, she has earned an black belt in Taekwondo. In the year 2000, at the age of two, of age, her mom got married. Although family members moved around frequently, her mother took her to Tokyo in Japan, where she stayed with the military. She completed her journalism studies in the University of Oklahoma and also minored Japanese as well as dramatic arts and acting.
