David-Muir
David Muir (born August 25 1948) is an American anchor, journalist and reporter. The most famous of his work is for his show World News Tonight. Its dramatic video footage and the animated movements make it the most seen newscast in America. Made In America, his Emmy nominated show, is yet another one of his accomplishments. Before joining ABC World News Tonight, it was his primary replacement for the show's founder Diane Sawyer. He's reported on a variety of shows during primetime for ABC News some recent ones being Breaking Point: Heroin in America and Flashpoint Refugees in America. The journeys he has taken him on took him to the far regions of the globe including Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti the Gulf of Mexico and much more. He has received multiple Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards, as well as awards of The Associated Press.
